I’m Edson Medrano. I work in Spanish and English. Same conversation for the house and the loan — Glendale, the San Fernando Valley, and Los Angeles. Most people meet one person to look at houses and another to get a loan. I hold both licenses so that conversation stays in one place. When the appraisal comes back or the underwriter asks a question, you are not introduced to a stranger.
I work with buyers, sellers, and borrowers in Los Angeles, Glendale, the San Fernando Valley, the San Gabriel Valley, and surrounding Southern California communities. The office is in Glendale. If the right house — or the right buyer — is a city over, we go. I do not cover the whole state from a template.
I am not going to invent a childhood story, a production ranking, or a wall of awards for this page. Those things, if they matter to you, are fair to ask about on a call. What I can say here is how the work is structured: I return the phone. I explain tradeoffs in plain language. I stay on the file from the first conversation through closing.
