The agent and the lender are the same person
Most buyers meet one person to look at houses and another to get a loan. I hold both licenses so that conversation stays in one place. When the appraisal comes back or the underwriter asks a question, you are not introduced to a stranger.
I am a California REALTOR® (DRE #02240468) and a mortgage loan originator (NMLS #2781633) with Rise Realty. On the loan side I originate as Tried & True Home Loans. You do not have to pick a department.
Glendale, the 818, and nearby
I work Los Angeles, Glendale, the 818, the San Gabriel Valley, and surrounding communities. The office is on La Crescenta Avenue in Glendale. If the right house is a city over, we go.
I do not cover the whole state from a template. Neighborhoods, commute, school proximity if it matters, and what the monthly number has to be — that is the first conversation, not a portal form.
The listings are not on this site yet
There is no live CRMLS search here. No IDX grid. No staged inventory to click through. Live listings will come later.
Until then, the useful next step is a specific note: area, beds, budget, timing. Or start the loan application if you already know you are buying.
Financing sits next to the tour
A house you cannot close on is a tour, not a purchase. Because I originate the loan, the offer strategy and the pre-approval are the same discussion.
Pre-approval here is a full application with Tried & True Home Loans, not a teaser on a banner. I will not publish rates or APRs on this site. Those numbers belong to a file, not a blog post.
What this page will not do
I am not going to invent a production ranking, a wall of awards, or unnamed testimonials. If you want to hear from someone I have already worked with, ask me for a reference.
I return the phone. I explain tradeoffs in plain language. I stay on the file from the first conversation through closing. That is the work.
Start with a conversation
If you know the area you want, write or call. If you already know you are buying, start Get Pre-Approved. Either way you get the same person on the house and the loan.
